Our Approach
We use easy-to-understand, action-focused writing and supporting graphic designs.
One important difference is in positioning benefits as employee-centric, meaning benefits are communicated from employees' perspective, not employers'. For example, instead of "We are pleased to add a new benefit," we prefer saying, "This new benefit will help you…"
We also use short sentences and paragraphs to make our writing and scripting scannable, recognizing that few employees will read a benefits guide cover to cover or watch a long video.
